Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay to list an event?+
No. Free Style lets you list unlimited events, including recurring weekly socials, at no cost. Paid plans just add promotion, analytics and extra tools.
How does Step Up billing work?+
Step Up is $5/week with a 4-week minimum, so it's $20 payable upfront to start. After the minimum you can cancel any week — and cancelling never deletes the events, posters or history you've built.
What if my event runs over multiple days?+
Free Style covers single-day events. Step Up allows multi-day events up to 2 days. Anything longer — a full festival or congress — uses a Special Event listing at $25/week per day the event runs, with no day limit.
Can I list a recurring weekly social?+
Absolutely. Recurring events like "Every Tuesday" are fully supported on every plan, including Free Style — you only set them up once.
What do I get in the Directory?+
Step Up subscribers get a free Directory listing. If you're not on a paid plan, a standalone Directory listing is $20/mo.
